A Tuscan dream just outside of Stellenbosch. This 4-hectare farm has much to offer; from producing authentic Italian Pasta, Wine, and Olives to a warm and antique-inspired Guest House with its own entertainment facilities. The main house is currently being run as a B&B, with four en-suite bedrooms that take full advantage of the view, overlooking the Devonvale Golf Course, Table Mountain & the stunning Stellenbosch valley. It also holds a spacious outside area, with beautiful patios, a swimming pool, and a braai area. The well-planned country-style kitchen and dining area also has a pizza oven and a separate scullery.

The farm has 2.8-hectares of vineyards that produce a variety of excellent wines. A favorite; is the imported Italian cultivar that produces the Sangiovese Vino that you can enjoy in their very own tasting room. Another 1-hectare is filled with olive trees, providing their unique cold-pressed Virgin Olive Oil.
