Estate Living Off the Beaten Track and Off the Grid

Situated amongst proteas and fynbos, high up on the Hawequa Mountains, this lovely 10,000m2 land lies on the periphery of the estate. It is one of only 10 one-hectare properties that form part of a 54-ha private mountain estate, and the last one not yet built upon. The ten properties on the estate do not border each other.

Being one of the highest private estates in the entire region, it offers uninterrupted 360-degree mountain views and magnificent sunsets towards the West.
